  • Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Custom or seasonal items may require additional time; details will be noted on product pages.

2. Domestic Shipping

  • We ship across the U.S. using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited options are available at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • Select international destinations are supported.

  • Delivery times vary by location and customs clearance.

  • Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).

  • Local delivery or pickup options may be available for Farmington Hills, MI residents.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order number for faster resolution.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
